Welcome to Team Third Heaven. These Membership Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our membership services, including paid and free memberships, and any related benefits. By signing up for a membership on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We offer different membership plans, both free and paid, which provide access to various martial arts video courses and resources on our platform. Each membership plan is automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless canceled by the member.

1.1 Subscription Tiers

  • Free Membership: Provides access to limited content.
  • Paid Memberships: Offer varying levels of access, including:
    • Student Plans: Access to beginner and intermediate martial arts courses.
    • Instructor Plans: Advanced content designed for instructors, including certification programs.

1.2 Payment Cycles

  • All paid memberships are billed on a monthly basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically each month on the same day you initially signed up.
  • No commitment: You can cancel your membership at any time without being locked into a long-term contract.

2. Renewal and Auto-Renewal

2.1 Auto-Renewal

  • All paid membership plans automatically renew on a monthly basis until canceled. By joining a membership plan, you authorize Team Third Heaven to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each renewal period.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting customer support. Once your membership is canceled, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your access to benefits (such as video courses, discounts, and instructor certifications) will be terminated.

3. Refund Policy

Team Third Heaven operates under a no refund policy. All membership fees, once charged, are non-refundable. This includes partial months if you choose to cancel your membership mid-cycle.

4. Suspension and Termination of Membership

4.1 Misuse of Account

  • If a member is found sharing their account with others or violating our policies, Team Third Heaven reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership immediately without notice or refund.
  • Misuse includes but is not limited to sharing login credentials, accessing restricted content meant for a different membership level, or engaging in any activity that undermines the security or integrity of our platform.

4.2 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination or suspension of your membership, you will no longer have access to any membership benefits. This includes courses, discounts, and access to instructor certification programs. Any progress or certifications associated with your account will be paused or revoked depending on the severity of the violation.

5. Membership Benefits

5.1 Video Courses

  • Depending on the membership tier, members have access to martial arts video courses that cover a range of styles and techniques, including First Wave Jiujitsu, Ninpo, and Kung Fu.
  • Instructor Plans offer specialized content and certifications for instructors looking to advance their skills or manage their own dojos.

5.2 Discounts and Promotions

  • Paid members are eligible for exclusive discounts on products and services available in our online store. These discounts vary based on the membership tier.

6. Account Creation and Security

6.1 Account Creation

  • To become a member, you must create an account by subscribing to one of our membership plans. Each account must be associated with a valid email address and personal information.

6.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. Team Third Heaven will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

7.1 Affiliate Opportunities

  • Team Third Heaven offers an affiliate program, allowing users to earn commission by referring new members.
  • You can join the affiliate program even if you’re not a paid member by signing up at Become an Affiliate.

7.2 Multi-Level Affiliate System

  • Affiliates can earn income from referrals that extend two levels deep, meaning you earn commission not only when someone you refer joins, but also when their referrals join.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Team Third Heaven’s website, including but not limited to logos, visual design, video courses, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Third Heaven Martial Arts. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use of our content may result in termination of your membership and potential legal action.

9. Changes to Membership Terms

We may modify these Membership Terms of Service at any time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the membership after changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
